What it is

Axaro is a Discord bot and a website to configure it. The service is free and provided as is, with no commitment on duration.

Who can use it

You must follow Discord’s terms of service and its community guidelines. A server that breaks them has no place here.

Inviting the bot requires the “Manage Server” permission. By inviting it, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

What is forbidden

• Using Axaro to harass, threaten or harm someone — including by turning automatic moderation against a person.
• Trying to overload it, get around its limits, or attack the infrastructure.
• Using the service for an illegal activity.
• Reselling the service or passing it off as your own.

A server or an account that does not follow these rules can be blocked, without notice and without its data being deleted for that matter.

What we do not guarantee

The service can be interrupted, for maintenance, an outage, or a decision by Discord. No availability is promised.

Axaro is a tool: moderation decisions remain your team’s. We are not responsible for what happens on your server, nor for a sanction applied by a rule you set yourself.

Keep your own backups of what matters. A database can go down, and we guarantee no restoration.

Your data

What we store, why and for how long is described in the privacy policy. You can ask for deletion at any time.

The brand and the code

The “Axaro” name, the logo and the visual identity belong to us. You can talk about the bot and recommend it; you cannot use them to suggest an affiliation that does not exist.

If these terms change

The date at the top of the page prevails. A change that affects what you can do will be announced on the support server. Keeping on using the service after a change counts as acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, we first look for an amicable solution — write to us on the support server.
