ModMail
LiveA member DMs the bot; the staff replies from a thread on the server.
How it works
ModMail is part of the Tickets module. Pick a text or forum channel, staff only: each conversation opens a thread there, and the ticket staff roles are pinged.
- A member DMs Axaro and picks the server to contact.
- What the staff writes in the thread goes back to them by DM.
- A message starting with
//stays an internal note: it is not sent to the member. - The Close button ends the conversation and tells the member; their next message opens a new one.
With anonymous replies, the member sees the server name, not the name of who replies.
