LiveAn announcement that comes back every day or every week, at the time you pick.
Set up a message
In the dashboard, each message has a channel, a text (in a coloured box or not), a frequency, a time and, if you want, a role to mention. Up to twenty-five messages per server.

The time is read in the server time zone, and the switch back from daylight saving time does not send the message twice. For finer triggers (a keyword, a join), Scenarios are still there.
